I loved this book! Going into this book I’ll admit I didn’t even read the description. I saw so many people recommend this book that I just added it. This book is amazing! To the characters, the plot, the relationship, I loved all of it.
One thing that I loved about the characters were that they were all very unique and different. I’ve read books where the characters were all similar or just to cliché for my liking. I thought Tessa was a great main character! She was interesting, brave and had a very courageous personality. I loved reading the scenes where her protective side came out for her brother. It was so sweet and kept me smiling.
The storyline was probably one of my favorite things about this book. It was very intriguing. I found myself saying “just one more chapter” seventeen times throughout the book! The way the book started out with the dark sister had me hooked from the beginning. There wasn’t one dull moment while reading this book.
Even though in the description there says there’s a love triangle but, in the book, it isn’t completely focused on I was happy with that. I don’t mind love triangles but if there’s one thing I hate the most is instant love. I’m glad that this book didn’t rush the relationship. Tessa starts to have small feelings for Will but it’s complicated. While there’s no indication that Tessa likes James there still just getting to know each other.
Overall, I rate this book a 5 out of 5. It’s absolutely amazing! Theres amazing characters, plot and romance. I can’t believe I haven’t read this book sooner, its been on my TBR for over year and just now I decide to pick it up. I’m definetly going to finish the series and I recommend you do too.
