August Plan With Me

Hello everyone! Welcome to my very first plan with me! I’ve been wanting to make one of these post and August seems like the perfect month to do it! August is a busy month for many reasons:

  1. Its back to school, which is always hectic (yippie)
  2. It’s my birthday month (also yippie)
  3. Extracurricular activities start (another yippie)

So when thinking about this month’s spread, I wanted to do something I’ve never done before but also something pretty practical. So I decided to to try the paper bag trend, where I use parts of a paper bag to give off this aesthetic scrapbook vibe! My colors for this month are light brown and blue and I will say that I really like how it turned out!

After my cover page is my calendar. This spread is pretty simple but I think it turned out nicely. I liked using the star washi tape that I had and I think involving stars into my theme was super cute.

My next page is my goals and routine spreads! My goals are pretty vague so I wanted the rest of bullet journal to help enhance my productivity of those goals. I have a tracker for my social media, so I can keep up with my growth. This is the first time I’ve used a routine spread and I think it will really helpful because schools coming up and I think having a nice routine will make life easier.

My next spread is probably my favorite! I have an outfit inspiration spread, where I just put some of the the outfits I like. I really love fashion and expressing myself through clothes and since school is coming up, that means picking outfits for school, which can be tricky. So here I have this constant inspiration of outfits I like so I always have inspiration on what to wear. Next is my ‘what I’m grateful for’ spread and I’ll admit normally this would be a wishlist but recently I’ve been learning more about the law of attraction and I think being grateful is really important.

This is probably one of my most important spreads, my brain dump. I’ve been using a brain dump spread since I started bullet journaling. I love just having a page where I can just write random stuff down, whether its blog post ideas or just something I need to look at, I think having a brain dump page is really important.

Last but not least I made my first weekly spread! Because it is still summer for me, this spread didn’t need to be as action packed but I think it turned out nice. I added a section where I can just write down any activities that I have that week and on the left page I have an area to write what I need to do.
